ABOUT US: Happy Hearts Learning Center has been providing opportunities for children to learn and grow since 1986! Our program has been formulated and guided by current practices in the ever-changing field of early childhood.
About Us: Happy Hearts Learning Center is a private preschool that provides a welcoming, safe, fun, and creative environment for children from two to five years old. Our uniquely qualified staff uses the Rhode Island Early Learning and Development Standards as a guide for developing meaningful play and exploration opportunities. Joy, excitement, and curiosity abound in our classrooms!
Happy Hearts welcomes children and families of diverse abilities and backgrounds. Through active engagement with students and families, our teachers work diligently to design opportunities for their students that encourage curiosity, creative problem solving, and readiness skill development. The activities foster language development for both children whose primary language is English, and for dual language learners. We believe these opportunities help promote a positive self-concept, a love of learning, and respect for each individual and group.
We are a proud 4-star Bright Stars-rated early childhood program. With an excellent student-teacher ratio, a strong home-school partnership, ongoing assessment, and an enticing classroom environment, we strive to provide the best possible foundation for our student’s future. Your children make our hearts happy!
